The Database Email System (DES)
tracks communication requirements and generates corresponding pre-written emails that
will be sent automatically by the database. Users will be notified prior to being
sent to the specified recipient. The email will be personalized before sending it out.
Submitting the email will register a required follow-up, which will show up
on the Daily Calendar at the appropriate time.
