The
TransitLink
program can track and locate a bus without GPS cell or satellite use.
To locate a bus the dispatcher simply enters the indentification tag number and
that bus's location is brought up on the screen. The dispatcher may then
track the bus or communicate with the driver, schedule or reschedule routes
and a variety of other options that are designed to the operators requirements.
