Maintenance Scheduler this portal is used to schedule equipment for maintenance. select specific PIN for equipment and schedule event.
Name enter name or type of equipment Brand enter the brand name for the new equipment Part # enter new equipment part or style number
PIN enter PIN number for new equipment. this number is activated from the master PIN number account directory. Dept assign new equipment to a department, cost center or area Cost Center enter the cost center for the new equipment

Floor locate new equipment on a specific floor
Area locate new equipment by ward/area
hours for main set hours of use between maintenance requirements
current hours use current hours of use since last maintenance
typ hours maint typical time in hours to maintain equipment
maint parts cost typical costs of parts for maintenance
next maint sched date date for next scheduled maintenance. this can be overridden by new schedule input.
schedule maintenance enter the PIN ID number for the new event and submit

Maintenance Requirment describe typical maintenenace requirments including brand names, quantities, times, maintenance contractor, etc
