PrisonLink™ Security Features

Security Features Overview
PrisonLink™ tags have inherent security applications, but can be interfaced with
existing security systems. Tags are programmed with personal information so that
access to restricted areas is allowed, or disallowed. Additional features such
as biometric identification can easily be interfaced with our tags.

Personal Identification Access
A tag is worn by each prisoner with all of his/her personal information programmed into it.
The location and activity of this tag can be monitored at all times, thus allowing staff to
easily locate and communicate with the prisoner. The tag is programmed for each individual
to allow for access into restricted areas.

Security Camera Monitoring
PrisonLink™ tags can be used to activate and monitor security cameras.
Cameras can be individually programmed to follow a prisoner or guard, or automatically
activate if motion is detected in a specific area. These tags are fixed in position
and are therefore available to send/receive information from other tags.

Alarm Features
PrisonLink™ tags can be used to activate alarms anywhere on the property.
They can be set of by proximity, motion, vibration, smell, smoke, water levels, or
virtually any sensor that has exceeded its programmed limits. Alarms can be set up
around the perimeter of the property and sound when anybody gets within a programmed distance.
